Non-Refundable Services
1. Completed and Delivered Services
Once services are fully delivered and accepted by the client, they are considered final and non-refundable. These services include but are not limited to:
- SEO Services: On-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, backlink creation, and content marketing.
- PPC Campaigns: Paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., once the budget is allocated and ads are launched.
- Web Development: Websites, applications, and other digital solutions once handed over to the client, unless technical issues arise under warranty.
- Graphic Design & Branding: Custom logo design, brochures, and branding material once approved and delivered.
2. Custom or Tailored Solutions
Projects that are uniquely customized to your business requirements are non-refundable. This includes:
- Custom Software Development: Any software or application designed and deployed according to your specifications.
- Marketing Strategies: Custom digital marketing plans tailored to your brand, audience, and goals.
- E-commerce Solutions: Custom e-commerce platforms, payment gateway integrations, or unique online solutions.
3. Monthly or Ongoing Services
Subscription-based services are non-refundable once the service period has begun. These include:
- SEO Retainers: Monthly SEO services where work begins immediately.
- Social Media Management: Content creation, posting, and engagement services.
- Website Maintenance: Monthly or yearly maintenance plans including updates, monitoring, and support.
- E-commerce Management: Services for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
4. Third-Party Services and Products
Any costs incurred for third-party products or services are non-refundable. These include:
- Domain name registration or renewal
- Web hosting, servers, or cloud services
- Third-party tools, plugins, or software
- Advertising spend on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
5. Change in Business Needs or Preferences
Refunds will not be issued due to changes in business needs, preferences, or strategies after work has commenced. This includes:
- Pausing or stopping campaigns after launch
- Shifting business direction
- Changes in design or development preferences after approval
6. Partial Service Delivery
If partial services have been delivered and accepted, refunds will not be provided for completed portions. This applies to:
- Multi-phase projects with completed phases
- Ongoing retainers where partial work has already been performed
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund requests made within 48 hours (2 days) of payment may be reviewed based on work progress. Refunds may be issued only if no significant work has begun.
Approved refunds will be processed within seven working days.
After 48 hours, cancellation without prior discussion or resolution attempts will not be eligible for a refund. We strongly encourage open communication to resolve concerns before cancellation.
Exceptions and Dispute Resolution
We strive to ensure every project meets your expectations. If issues arise, please discuss them with us so we can attempt resolution. Refunds will not be granted once significant work has begun or for non-refundable services.
